Why we drive
Most people think motorsports is about speed. We see something different.
When the road becomes unpredictable, the lesson isn’t controlling everything around you. Instead, it’s learning to remain calm, adaptable, and fully present within yourself.
That’s a skill that reaches far beyond the driver’s seat.
Why I started Twin Redwoods
Twin Redwoods is named after two redwood trees that stopped my car from sliding down a 100-foot cliff in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California.
That experience sparked a journey into performance driving, mindfulness, and learning to trust myself through uncertainty.
Combined with 15+ years designing experiences and a lifelong passion for bringing people together, it inspired me to create something that blends the worlds that have shaped me most.
