Where nervous system regulation and motorsports become your guide.

Twin Redwoods designs immersive experiences for women who seek challenge as much as restoration. Through nature, meaningful movement, and authentic connection we expand our capacity to navigate uncertainty with clarity, composure, and self-trust.

Growth begins where certainty ends.

The moments that shape us rarely arrive with a clear path forward. They ask us to stay present, adapt, and trust ourselves. Twin Redwoods creates intentional environments where women can practice those skills supported by nature, meaningful challenge, and a community that understands the weight of leadership.

Rooted in Nature

Nature invites perspective. Away from constant demands, we reconnect with what matters most.

Forged through Movement

Whether behind the wheel, on the trail, or trying something entirely new, meaningful movement expands our capacity for uncertainty.

Strengthened by Connection

Growth is most sustainable when experienced alongside women who challenge, encourage, and understand one another.

Why I started Twin Redwoods

Twin Redwoods is named after the two redwood trees that stopped my car from sliding down a 100-ft cliff in the Santa Cruz mountains of California.

This car accident led me to explore nervous system regulation and performance driving education. Blended with my 15+ years designing immersive experiences and wilderness leadership, I embarked on a mission to architect intentional experiences that help people learn, connect, and grow.

Your next ‘aha’ moment may not look like what you expect.

It may be on a gravel road, a frozen lake, a mountain trail, or a deep conversation with women who were, until recently, strangers to you.

The lesson is the same. Learn to navigate the uncertainty of your inner or outer worlds with confidence.
